Patty Nieman (Angel DeLuna)

Patty Nieman’s recent credits include Mrs. Weston – Jane Austen’s Emma (Arizona Theatre Co.); Amelia Earhart – Vanishing Point (American Stage); and Desiree – A Little Night Music and Marian – The Music Man (Theater Works). A longtime resident of Minneapolis, Patty performed: in Hot ‘n Cole, ensemble (Reno cover) – Anything Goes and Petra – A Little Night Music (Ordway Center); Bobbie – Babes in Arms and Mrs. Fred – The Christmas Carol (The Guthrie Theater); LaVerne Andrews – Sisters of Swing and Christmas of Swing, and Alma – The Christmas Schooner (The History Theatre); Agatha Christie in Vanishing Point and Mum in Two Weeks with the Queen (Illusion Theatre); Cleo – The Most Happy Fella (Vocal Essence); and Ilona – She Loves Me (North Star Opera). As a playwright-lyricist with composer-lyricist Rob Hartmann, Patty wrote and performed a one-hour solo musical, Secrets of the Little Yellow Diary, for the Minnesota Fringe Festival.
